We manufacture Precision engineering components, Medical Equipments, Health Care & Aerospace components.

At Hexes India we manufacture / do job work for a wide range of products right from simple mould bases to critical aerospace components. We have an expertise team consisting of youth and experience working along side each other hand in hand. Engineering with absolute precision is our objective and we do whatever required to achieve this goal.

We have multiple VMC machines having table size from 640mm x 460mm x 500mm to 1000mm x 510mm x 550mm along with a 4-axis rotary table. We have an independent inspection team for quality control and can provide client CMM report also if asked for.

We Manufacture Rotor Heads for Centrifuges and other Mechanical assemblies.

Aluminum grade 6082T6 with material test certificate. We also manufacture in Aerospace grade aluminium.
Weight of all carriers are maintained within 1gram.
Maximum rpm up to 4200.
Singlepin assembly made from stainless steel 304, for better stability at high rpm.
Dynamic balancing at 2000 rpm to avoid vibrations at high rpm.
Soft and Hard Anodizing upto 45-HRC for aluminium components.
Center Brass/Stainless steel bush assembly as per motor shaft design.
Engraving company logo and important specification on the head.
We have our own in house inspection and assembly team that ensures proper weight of each carrier and balancing of the entire assembly
